RecommendedCalled this morning and had Daniel Hayes, an electrician and his apprentice, Dylan arrive at 1330 as I had a problem with my Hot Water System. They were both very helpful and accommodating in answering our questions and quoting and subsequently supplying us with an invoice of electrical work we required doing. They also liased with Office to organise a plumber and an electrician to come back tomorrow to complete the work we required. Craig S did a great job organising the replacement of our hot water system. He was very professional and we appreciated the time he took to talk us through everything. His colleague Shane was also very professional when he arrived to help on the job. They were very courteous and very thoughtful with not bringing dirty workbooks inside the house. The plumber who called out for our problem with rusty down-pipes was Warren. He couldn't have been more professional, and as well as doing the down-pipes, he checked the plumbing fixings inside and added special taps to these as well! Philip Bracken Ridge

Quick call and arranged an early (well 7:00am) appointment for two days time to sort out the aircon. Luke called ahead, arrived early and politely announced shortly after doing his inspection that it was user error and pointed me to the web and the manuals - and gave me some helpful advice. I’ve added my Incompetence to the ‘idiot’ compilation and I’m just a tiny wee bit lighter in the pocket but I’m warm! Very inexpensive visit and a very helpful bloke. Recommend a pay rise!!
Many thanks to Justin Endicott for all his help with sorting our leaking upstairs shower (leaked through to the kitchen downstairs) - including organising another Fallon tradie to repair the tiles and kitchen ceiling. Justin also did the review and identified that we didn't have safety valves on our toilets and sinks - which will save us if a pipe bursts. Thanks Justin - really appreciate your help today. ELECTRICIAN: Greg I’m the type of person who saves up the small jobs and has them addressed in a bundle. Greg undertook a variety of tasks and completed them to a high standard. He was communicative, efficient, and tidy. He was happy to answer my questions and explain things to me. I’ve dealt with many tradespeople over the years and I have no hesitation in stating that Greg is up there in terms of competency and professionalism. He is a true asset to the company.
