This company is excellent. I have used them for many years. Today I had Lachlan. J. out to fix my broken toilet. He called ahead of time to tell me when he was able to come. He arrived when he said he would and fixed my problem quickly and checked a couple of potential problems. I was teaching music lessons at the time and he was very polite. I am disappointed that I cannot give a 0-star review. We had an air conditioner tech visit our business. During the visit, he entered and exited the premises over 20 times interrupting our business. The technician barely spoke English to a fashion to which any of my business partners could understand, and left us with an exorbitant bill without rectification of the problem. I will never recommend Fallon services to anybody. Christian (air conditioning) arrived next day on time, well presented, and courteous and I give him top marks. However Fallon have let him down and I have lost all trust in Fallon Services. In addition to the Travel Fee of $49.50 there was a diagnostic fee of $234. Whoa!! but as Christian was already here we agreed to pay. I had Warren to repair gas lines and fit a new gas water system. He was very kind, I'm in a wheelchair. He had to work under house in very difficult situations. Spent time to check everything was working safely. Explained what was needed and how it was to be done. Even took a photo of finished job for me. I'm very satisfied with his work and his apprentice who fixed a tap for me.

During the week I had both Mitchell and Ash call to conduct inspections on my electrics and fire alarms, and air conditioner. Both young men were polite, well mannered, and professional. They are a credit to your company.
