RecommendedHad a visit from Zac S today to sort out a problem which would have taken me all day to locate but Zac found it very quickly. We were then talking about fire alarms and I decided to get 4 Brooks alarms fitted. The beauty of the Brooks alarms is that they talk to each other and all go off if one goes. Very Safe Thanks Zac.

Happy with the service provided by Edwin in regards to our ducted AC making some new and unfamiliar sounds from inside the roof. Edwin located the issue as well as another issue we were unaware of and is on the way to rectifying once he has the correct parts. Provided some good advice as well. I have used Fallon Solutions previously and feel the service is more expensive than others but they always turn up on time and solve whatever issue we have and good service is not common these days. We wanted to get our air con units serviced as they had not been done for many years. The technician (Nick E.) arrived on time and gave them a thorough inspection. He gave me a number of choices regarding level of services available. He completed the work and cleaned up, acting professionally throughout. The only quibble was when I rang to book the appointment I asked the operator to ensure that the technician phoned me and not my wife whose number they had on record. Chad P went above and beyond in his service. I have been experiencing a bad leak in my bathroom and Chad, along with his colleagues, were able to find identify the cause as being the extremely high water pressure coming into the apartment. He provided a temporary stop to the leak while we look at options to limit the water pressure coming into our apartment. This company is a bit of a rip off. I called yesterday to entire about getting a plumber to replace my shower washers. In the past my regular plumber has charged $60 for the job. The reason I get a plumber to do this job is because for some reason the fixtures cannot be undone with household tools. Anyway, when I spoke to Fallon over the phone they would not quote & said they require a call out fee of $49 irrespective of any work completed. I phoned mid-morning about my blocked toilet, and Jacob Lawson, plumber, arrived promptly that afternoon as booked. He was very pleasant and well informed, and was upfront about pricing. I would higly recommend Fallon Solutions.

Richard Ewen came round to fix our aircon heating system - superb service, very thorough, fixed the problem in an hour or so. We were previously told by another provider that we needed a whole new board which would have cost us thousands.
