RecommendedWe had Scott Bate and Shane Chand replace all our downlights in the house. Not only were the electrical cables eaten by rats, but all lights were installed by unlicensed persons. This was very dangerous, but what made it worse was that other tradesman we had never identified this to us. Scott found the fault and took photos. Jason Hildreth came to the rescue with getting the cord out of the bottom of the agitator. I appreciated his efficiency, and especially the little booties that he put on. Much appreciated - I have had plumbers who go from a dirty job site and strut into the kitchen wearing the same boots. Thank you Jason.

I made a booking for a dishwasher installation 3 weeks in advance of when I needed it and received no confirmation emails despite being told that they’d been sent twice. When I called 5 days out to follow up I was told I would need a third trade that I had been explicitly informed wasn’t required when I made my initial enquiry and that because of this addition my start time would need to be moved later because of staff availability and that the job would take the entire day. My wife called to have our gas hot water system replaced. After the $50 call out fee we were quoted $2000 for a replacement and testing. Called a local plumber/gas fitter, they installed the same quoted unit with testing for $1010. A complete rip off. CALL YOUR LOCAL PLUMBER

Christian Har did an amazing job cleaning our air conditioning unit today! We are definitely going to breathe easier now that its mold free. I had no idea how much mold could accumulate that I couldn't see... Thank you so much Chris!

Yesterday we had our three air conditioning units serviced by Richard Ewen from Fallon Solutions. Richard phoned before he arrived, he was prompt, polite and professional. He quietly went about his work and gave me a full description of the work that was done. There was nothing for me to clean up at all - he left each room just as he found it.

Tom was our plumber. He did a marvellous job dealing with some cantankerous 70 year old pipes and taps. Top service, and I was surprised at the reasonable price. Kudos Tom.

After failing to get responses from other plumbers, Fallon had Jacob Lawson here within 90 minutes from initial phone call. Drainage cleared in timely manner, no mess to be cleaned up after, professional, friendly and helpful. Would recommend him anytime.
