I had my air conditioner serviced by Daniel C today and I was very happy with the service provided. Daniel phoned about half an hour before our scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was super pleasant to deal with and dealt with the air con issues quickly and efficiently. AND there was no mess left behind at all. Jason Powell sorted a switchboard issue for us on Sunday morning (it was a cold weekend and we had no hot water or heating YIKES). Jason arrived as promised - within within half an hour of me calling, worked out what the problem was, repaired it and checked everything. Highly recommended service.

Our service person was Richard Ewen and a nicer man you couldn’t wish to meet. He went about the job quietly, professionally and left the house spotlessly clean. I would recommend Fallons and of course Richard to anyone who is considering using their services. Job well done !!!

If it doesn't rain it pours. I had Chris McFelin and Tyson Coles come out today with the umbrellas and save the day. Chris was fantastic with my plumbing issues, friendly, efficient and hardworking to solve my water restrictor issues. Tyson just as fantastic took care of my aircon units and made sure they were all working effectively. Can not recommend Fallon Solutions enough and Chris and Tyson are testament to the great work they do.

We called Fallon Solutions late one Friday when our (old) gas hot water heater failed. Lincoln came to our house on his way home, and although he couldn't fix it right then, he promised to come round next morning 7am, even though he usually doesn't work Saturdays. Lincoln was so respectful, and very professional, explaining everything he was doing to make sure we understood. He even helped us with the paperwork and helped us set up the payment plan! Such great service!
