This is the second time we have used Fallon, and again the service was great. The initial phone call was friendly and professional, and Chris Radcliffe again provided exceptional service to fix our washing machine. Calling first to make sure we were home, he arrived when he said he would and quickly fixed the problem. Great service - very much appreciated!

I am very happy with Fallon solutions i have had them out to do electrical problems and to do my appliances and also my air conditioner repairs each time i have been very happy with there work and they are so polite and curtios i was very happy with the job i got done today and would reckomend them to my friends.a big thank you to Antony who came and did my work today. I needed to have an on demand gas hot water system installed recently and called Fallon Solutions to discuss. The person on the phone was exceptionally helpful, running me through options and then arranging for someone to come and do a sight visit and quote. Rod turned up on time and explained what was required for the job and then provided me with a quote to supply and install, which I accepted on the spot. I booked a non-urgent toilet replacement with Fallon and was given a confirmed time frame and the tradesman's name....'Lachlan'. On the day, I received a call from 'Nick' to say he'd be on the way in 30 minutes.....not Lachlan. Now, while I'm sure Lachlan is a nice bloke and great tradesman, I'm pretty sure that Nick Henry is the best that Fallon has!!!!! He was efficient, flexible, knowledgeable and most importantly, laughed at my jokes!! Thanks Nick and Fallon Solutions.
