RecommendedElectrician, Daniel Hayes, and apprentice, Dylan came to help me with a light and fan that were being problematic and shorting out my power. They were both very helpful and gave me some great advice about some other issues in my home. Tom Doonar installed 12 mini flood stops under mixer taps and replaced 2 push plugs. He was punctual, explained the job and completed it without any problems. We also had a check on our ducted air conditioning done by Luke and are happy with both jobs.

I asked to replace a switch on the switch board because I thought it may have had a fault. But they said it would be better to replace all the switches as the board was getting old. They then quoted me over $1500.00 to do a 2 hour job. When I told them they were a rip off and they could leave, the electrician put everything back except for one wire that left me with no power upstairs. Avneel came out today to quote for installation of an air conditioning unit. Av was very polite, extremely helpful and most professional at all times. Due to his exceptional customer service we are going ahead with Fallon to supply and install the unit and have also purchased the Home Protection Plan Black level. If the technician that comes out to install the aircon unit is as personable and professional as Av was today then I will be recommending Fallon Solutions to family and friends.

Just had Tom Doonar came over to clean some blockage pipe, and this is like after 10pm and he arrived within an hour, and this top bloke did his job and it was done within 20 mins, excellent work and once again thanks for help us on short notice
