RecommendedI called Fallon regarding our leaking hot water tank and had organised for a technician to arrive the next morning, however someone called me right back and said that the technician had finished early and can come over right away. Upon assessing the situation, we needed a new tank and it was instantly booked in to be fixed the next morning. The following day, Warren (the fantastic service technician) completed the job in a few hours and all went smoothly. Thank you Fallon. Very happy customer!!

We had Carpenter Matt Grant come out today to rebuild an external doorframe and hang the door and security door. Matt is a true craftsman with an eye for detail and accuracy. We couldn't be happier with the finished product! Thanks Matt !
Thanks to Vanni Lettieri for fixing my hot water leak through the power point and Jason Powell for checking my power after it was fixed at Chermside. While on premises, Jason also proceeded with a switchboard upgrade to meet new regulations. It's good to get this done after the leak. They have both been professionally polite, friendly and kept me up to date on all progress.. Irene :-)

Tim P was very friendly and professional. They came when they said they would, called to communicate and fixed the problem. They may not be as cheap as other options with the $165 call out and assessment fee but this did cover the entire job in the end as no parts were required. The brand service would have been $88 to turn up and then $88/hour charged in 6min lots so would have ended up costing the same amount in this case probably. Thanks guys

Excellent service. Lachlan J was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show and explain to me the different plumbing functions at my house and wasn't pushy at all, allowing me to select which services I wanted done at that time. Cannot recommend him highly enough :-)

Anyone needing excellent a professional and efficient Tradesperson on the Gold Coast cannot go past Fallon. On time every time. I have used them on everything in my home. Tyson was the most recent to come and attend to my broken down airconditioner. He got it going again in no time. He is totally professional and a lovely guy. Always pleasant and friendly. He represents Fallon very well.
