We had a internet/cabling problem at our place. And I called Fallon on Tuesday. Shane Royle shows up in Thursday afternoon which is quick. He pointed out the issue and solved it within a short time. Although it's a bit pricy, we still really happy that the problem bother us several years finally got solved. Thanks Shane! BTW, I think the booking time should be more precise. As the most of the people need to work, giving a window from 1pm~4pm is a bit unexpected. You probably don't want to take a day off just because of a sma... read more

Richard Ewan clearly laid out what was required and the costs for the servicing of our 2 air conditioning units as well as quoting for the installation of our two new units. He was friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Had a blocked kitchen drain due to old cast iron pipe being corroded out. Placed call to Fallon Plumbing they were out within 2 hours. Can't fault that. Also Michael the Plumber was very efficient and had the job done in an hour. My GRIPE is that for 1 x 50mm Cap and 2x 50 mm Elbows and 1 x Metre of 50mm Pipe I was charged just under $440 dollars. I asked for a break down of why so high and wasn't given much of an answer, I would even go as far as to say Michael was CAGEY about explaining to me the EXORBITANT bill. I think h... read more
