Needed to have gas decommissioned. Have always been wary of just being "another job" with large businesses but found experience faultless from initial inquiry to job completion. Fully informed of what was happening. Warren was courteous, explained everything thoroughly including other services available, and surpassed expectations. Would I use Fallon again? Absolutely!

Although a bit disappointed by the way Fallon used their $99 special offer to get me to accept the job, I was really glad that I got them to come and clear my drains. The drains were badly blocked, causing a bad smell in both bathrooms. Lauchlan, the young man who used excellent equipment to clear the drains, showed me the causes of blockages and gave excellent advice about preventing further issues. Absolutely exorbitant cost to replace 3 lights in their original spot. Even used my own purchased light fittings. No new wiring required. $170 more than my regular electrician who unfortunately couldn’t get here when I required them. Couldn’t get a approx quote over the phone either so even if I turn the electrician away I still have to pay $50 call out fee. Have used this company before when they fixed our oven and was really happy. Unfortunately not a simple company to use anymore esp as prices are tiered for special plans... read more

My initial phone enquiry was handled promptly, efficiently and pleasantly. Air conditioning Technician Luke Dorrstein arrived on time (actually slightly early but with a phone call to alert us). He undertook the job efficiently but with out rushing and gave us a clear explanation of the problem and options to rectify it. He was very pleasant and professional in his manner.
