RecommendedWe had a bit of a plumbing explosion this morning, flooded bathroom and living area, yay! Called two plumbing companies and won't name the other one, as they weren't overly helpful. Fallon's after hours man Chris got in touch with the office for us, we had a call at 7:01 am when they open at 7, Wayne was out within 40 minutes and the water back on, job done by 9:00. Prompt, efficient, firendly. I don't know about price comparisons but I'm happy. Back to trying to dry out towels now...

I had a water leak in the bathroom. Fallon were very prompt in arranging a plumber. Service Technician Josh Fowler rang to say he was on his way, arriving 10min before appointment. He explained the situation, gave me options and once I agreed, he was very through and diligent in resolving what was a complex leak/seepage. He kept me informed as the work progressed and left the bathroom in a very clean condition. All in all a very professional person and Fallon should be proud of such staff, as they are hard to find.

I had a fair bit to do......firstly the electrician arrived, Dan H.....he was great, explained everything to me, and then sourced another guy, Nick B, to get the job done, Could not fault them, great work and extremely respectful of the fact they were in someones home. Then the plumber arrived, Jason H, once again, couldn't fault him, he explained everything to me and then got on with the job, I did like the fact he was local!! I will definitely be using Fallon Solutions again.

5/5 stars Warren and Chris did our plumbing duties over the course of 2 days. Chris was very helpful and changed our laundry taps as they had busted and started flowing water every where in our apartment and also helped assist us choosing out a new boiler unit as ours was very old. 18 years past its due date, lots of rust and wear. I have used Fallon twice since recently moving into an older home - once for unexpected electrical work and then again today for a burst water meter repair. Both times it was a relatively urgent call out but Fallon made it easy and on both occasions the problem was resolved quickly and professionally. Liam and Scott from the electrical team who did our work last week and Nick H who came out today to do the water meter are a credit to Fallon. Thank you for the excellent standard of work and the professional approach.

We called to have our A/c Filter clean and condition report. Nick E had phoned earlier to advise his expected arrival time. He was very prompt. A thorough service was conducted while he was here. We cannot be happier with his service. Also his advice for our second unit.

We had just bought a new house with multiple problems we found out later (hidden of course until you live there) particularly with the plumbing because all the pipes were rusted. Michael Ryan and Jamie came out and worked all day to do the work. On time. Did an excellent job and communicated with me throughout the day. First time using Fallon today, Chris R came out today to fix my washing machine,I was quoted a price and that's all I paid he was very friendly and explained the problem...will continue to use Fallon thanks....
