RecommendedThanks Jushn who came out early on Sun morn to fix our water pipes that had busted. He explained everything that needed to be fixed, gave us a quote, made sure we were happy to proceed, then fixed the issue. He was efficient and clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Had my rusty 23yr old hot water system replaced today by Lincoln. He rang to give me notice that he was on his way. Very well spoken and polite. He inspected my hot water system and then gave me 3 different quotes to choose from. He was very informative and professional and didn't pressure me in any way. When finished he explained how the new system works and showed me everything he did. Couldn't be happier with my new hot water system and with the service from Lincoln.

Had a blocked drain, young Aiden. F came out to fix it, rang before arriving, checked out the job gave a quote which I accepted.. Job well done very courteous and respectful. But I do not like the way the company always tries to on sell. The membership is another way for the company to get in your ear. I wanted to arrange the aircon filter clean which is part of my membership and was told they only do them april to whenever so I can't get mine done before the hot summer. Lachlan from Fallon Solutions plumbed up an exposed copper pipe solution for my partners dog grooming business. Lachlan was super polite and positive, great design sense, knew exactly what we wanted and was quick and thorough. Fallon Solutions also did some emergency plumbing for us late at night when some shop fitting went haywire and they were prompt and effective; back to normal in 30 minutes from the call. Would definitely recommend!
