Also a big Thank You to Luke Dorrstein for servicing our Air Conditioner. ALL AT A FAIR PRICE AND ALL BEFORE CHRISTMAS ! I recommend FALLON SOLUTIONS for their kindness and fair prices and excellent service.
Educate their call staff about what is to be charged...they are very deceptive on the phone. A Call out fee as expected, however when the technician arrives, there are so many additional fees just to investigate...and by the way, if you join...sounds like a scam! The booking system needs to CLEARLY explain how the customer will be charged!

We advise on the initial booking call that we have a Travel Fee and that when our technician gets to site they will advise of further cost depending on what is recommended. By not quoting $521 to service an aircon in my bedroom when on google it says a 20-30 min job averaging $69. Conmen!!

I engaged your company to fix my dishwasher. Upon inspection, the serviceman told me that my wash pump had leaked onto my element and that not only would I need to replace those parts, but I would also need to replace the wiring loom and the module. Then off he went, with a promise of a quote. A week later, I received an email stating that these parts could not be sourced and you wouldn't be able to fix my dishwasher. I have had a look at the technicians notes from the visit to your home and he found that the plug going into the element had burnt out and melted. To do this repair properly he recommended replacing the element, wiring loom and the other parts. The wash pump also had a leak which is why there was a recommendation to replace the wash pump. We were so happy with the work done by Brett Forrest from Fallon solutions. He was punctual, efficient, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Fallon Solutions to anyone.
