We have been to a lot of fine hotels, but The Plaza tops them all. We had the most wonderful Holiday visit possible. The staff are extraordinary! The Plaza is beyond beautiful at Holiday time. Love this place!
The atmosphere is excellent, the traditional afternoon tea was average. The waiters didn't explain anything about the pastry and the sandwiches, he took the order and disappeared for the stay. The scones were dried and cold. The tea was no test, no colour and even was very cold. It was very expensive and charged me 250 dollars for 2 persons?
Had breakfast with my family on Thursday morning in the Palm Court. The service was very good but in all honesty, the food wasn't. My eggs were hard and cool, same with the toast. Beautiful location but just not worth it.

We had the Eloise Tea at the Palm Court and it was so adorable. We especially loved the cotton candy! Such a sweet and memorable day for my daughters! Love The Plaza Hotel!
The hotel is beautiful and the service wasn't bad, however valet parking is $95.00 even if u parked for an hour
Always a delight! Come every year to the Champagne Bar. Love the experience and the hotel staff and decor are on point!!!
