Excellent location, service, and room! Great views of Central Park. Hotel has great food and bars.
Not great service at the palm court bar Slow and not friendly Consistent with my experience a few months ago
Liked it a lot. Very nice and luxurious. But we went in to get some soup to warm up from the cold, and they had already run out.
A wonderful experience with fabulous food, clean rooms, and impeccable service! We will definitely stay again!
We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon in The Champagne Bar, just off the lobby and overlooking the park. The servers were terrific; extremely pleasant. We had bloody Mary's which were garnished with a seasoned jumbo shrimp, an olive, lemon and cucumber slice and a stall of celery. My niece had coffee, which was delicious, served in its own silver plated pitcher and was told they had both almond and soy milk as a cream option.
