Tea at palm court in the plaza was amazing. Absolutely unforgettable. Shame people turned up in jeans and trainers..... we dressed for the occasion.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It's so ornate and grand like the Ritz in London. It's Beautiful. We only had a glass of Champagne each and it was around 20 dollars a glass. The afternoon tea looked amazing. I will definitely book this when Im next over.

I loved this hotel, the bathroom was amazing along with the very spacious room! I was a little disappointed with the help out once my stay was completed and no one offered to help with our luggage or even asked how we were getting a ride or to call for a car? I proceed to watch them help everyone around us. In the evening I was asked to walk from the main lobby outside and around the back to get to the food court area...
