Customer satisfaction and quality of the product + installation service are all the top rates while the prices are way below other retailers for the same quality and brands of floors. There were so many flooring inventory stocking in their warehouse I believe they do wholesale mainly. Save thousands of dollars here on quality hardwood flooring.
We have purchased flooring material from the company and installed by my brother and myself as we are licensed contractors. The quality of the flooring we bought is very good and its made in Brazil Cumaru. Man, the installation wasn't easy, it took us 2 full weeks to finish the 1700 sf with special cleat nails as the wood is super hard 3-4 times harder than oak. We had paid $5.30 per sf, about $2 less per sf than retail. We then have purchased a few other jobs from this company for our projects and customers love the floors.... read more
The price is the best and the quality is great! My Dad, aunt, and myself have all purchased and installed flooring with the Factory Direct Floor.
They are huge! Lots and lots of wood stacking up in the warehouse which isn't a fancy showing case but a practical place for good deals! The only thing is the forklifts and trucks here are making loud noise and I think weekends are better for customers to come because the warehouse guys and the truck drivers are off on weekends. Overall a good buying experience that saved us a bunch of money on a solid high end walnut wood floor.

I went to the store three weeks ago. I had purchased 1200 sq feet of the solid maple handscraped in dark color that the whole family liked the most. I paid at the sale cost of $3.65 a foot which is the lowest I could have found during my flooring shopping. Now the flooring has just been completed installation so I called the store to see if I could return 2 boxes left over due to measurement. Last December, we had picked out a great quality solid Antique 3/4 in x 5 in wood called Taun Teak from the warehouse ( store ) of the Factory Direct Floor for less than $3.90 per s.f. = half price of elsewhere we have searched ( me & my partner ) for our new house which was still under construction.
