Good company with lots of choices of real hardwood flooring and pergo flooring in stock. We have spent 50 % less on our new floor than our neighbor who has purchased the same engineered santos mahogany premium grade 9/16 inch from another floor company. Work has been done nicely and $1200 less than our neighbor's installation charge. Good Deal!!
Absolutely wonderful! we just have our beautiful brazilian cherry floor installed this afternoon by Factory Direct! the crew has been here for almost a week, and delivered great workmanship to our new floor covering! the wood quality is great as well. The price is about $1.5 per sf cheaper than other places and labor is about half of others like Lowes and Home Depot. It's been a good 3 years since I have purchased flooring from these good guys for my last house. I went back here last month and bought 1000 feet of engineered santos mahogany this time ( I got solid last time ) due to my new house's got concrete slabs. The same great deals like $2.60 a foot with low installation rate of $2 all inclusive. I was in rush so they scheduled to start the job in 2 days and completed in another 2 days. The floor we have picked was Exotic Cherry solid 3 / 4 x 5 for $3 per sqft. I have shopped around online and in other dealers before purchasing and found my cheapest option with the same quality was $5 per sqft. Good savings $ 2 per sqft for first quality Cherry hardwood floor! Cheapest ever! they also have hundreds of other wood floors at the same price.
We have installed 1800 sf Brazilian Teak flooring recently and the wood and installation were fantastic! We have also saved $5700 compared with another flooring company's quote before we purchased from the factory direct floor company in San Leandro.
No doubt this is the best place for hardwood floor shopping! The price, selection, and the installation rate are unbeatable. We could have easily saved thousands of dollars on the flooring project compare the prices & rates with Home Depot. Too bad that we have already bought our flooring at Home Depot for $4.80 per foot and found this business for exactly the same thing and quality for only $2.99 per ft.
