WOW! I'm so glad that I read reviews of different hardwood floor companies and called this company. They answered on a Saturday and after giving a quote that was less than two others I got, started that next Tuesday and was done replacing many damaged hardwood boards and completely refinished all my floors by Thursday. The best thing in my house is the floor Oh No...someone doesn't like to see my favorite flooring company stays busy..oh well I believe Factory Direct Floor is busy due to its price, service and the most important, nice people who work on this project. i found their website a bid hard to navigate but a good looking one. Other than this, this is a 5 star business: after buying my solid oak flooring and underlayment products they were fast to rong and extremely polite and helpful. once again on the delivery of the item i got a call one hour before they were due to turn up so i didnt have to wait around all day.. will definatly use factory direct again for any of my flooring needs..
