Factory Direct Floor and their staff were prompt, professional, and did a great job overall. They managed to squeeze us in to accommodate our tight schedule, and the floors turned out beautiful. it should also be noted that his crew on the day were polite, efficient and ridiculously clean. All in all, highly recommended.
I would definitely recommend Factory Direct Floor. They were efficient, very reasonably priced, and our floors look fantastic. After they were gone my husband noticed a spot where the laminate had pooled and they were very responsive and prompt about coming back to fix it. I would definitely use them again.

We had perform Factory Direct Floor for installation in our home that included new oak hardwood install, finishing as well as sanding down and re-finishing some existing pre-finished hardwood to match the new install, and feature strip elements and designs in 3 rooms and a hallway. their work was very nice and i would recommend them.
They did a great job on our floors and they were able to do it while we were living there with minimal disruption. Highly recommend them.
I cannot recommend them enough! I had a good feeling about them when I met them and they lived up to that expectation of friendly and good service throughout their job. They gave me a reasonable estimate to install bamboo floors in my mom's condo which I am getting ready to sell. They were super flexible and easy to reach whenever I needed to talk to them.
