We are very happy with the work performed by Factory Direct Floor. Our installer was very professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely use Factory Direct Floor again.
They did a beautiful job. And with all the extras that I needed done they accomplished without complaint. I just wanted to say that ALL their guys were gentleman and very professional. I would recommend their company to anyone.
Factory Direct Floor are the best! My home has 4 rooms that they installed and refinished, the floors are beautiful! Nice company to work with.
They were on time, thorough, very pleasant and checked with me whenever there was any particular question about my preferences. They had two rooms to complete and did a fantastic and timely job taking care of business. They were very easy to work with and, once again, very thorough. Great team overall.
Workers were very professional and did an AMAZING job!! I cannot recommend them enough after seeing the great job they did on the baby room and hallway we even had them come back and do the stairs.
