Arrived on time, finished on time. They finished our approx. 700 sq feet floor in 3 days. Good price even though we paid couple of hundred dollars more than other quotes...No attitude and honorable, which is what I liked. Already recommend Factory Direct Floor to my friends.

These guys are fantastic. We called them last minute to do a full day's worth of work and they were able to fit us they gave us best estimate off the bat. They are honest, reliable and very capable. I was blown away by how our floors looked new. I had to contact them later with certain questions and they were very receptive and helpful. I can't speak more highly of these guys.

I am a professional property manager. I have used Factory Direct Floor. They are excellent flooring persons. I trust them completely. They did the work on timely and responsible. They has refinished the hardwood floors in my home, installed new bamboo in my office and refinished countless apartments. Hopefully you will enjoy their work as much as I do.

we used Factory Direct floors before moving into our new home. They were amazing. Their work quality is great cleaned everything up afterwards and their timing was better than anybody else. Their rates are competitive and they are just very good.

Their team did a great job with the hardwood floor in my bedroom. It had been covered in paint. In just one afternoon they revitalized the floors and left our house spic and span. Very professional work and affordable. They were also very responsive and flexible with last minute scheduling changes. We love Factory Direct Floor!

When calling about the status of the order, customer service was very helpful and friendly. Love the floors. Very happy with this quality .They told there was a slight delay in the shipping but still got the floors in business days. Also, the product was delivered with no damage and the delivery guy was very nice. And the work done by Factory Direct Floor was awesome.

I found the right product, called and the nicest young man helped me quickly, efficiently, politely, and set up my order to be delivered within the tight time frame I had. They were AWESOME at work

I just had the bamboo Floor installed in my house by Factory Direct Floor and overall I am very pleased with the product. I had it professionally installed and the floor looks great. I do notice that the edges collect some of the dust but a quick vacuum and they look much better. Overall very pleased so far.

Amazing quality of work by Factory Direct Floor These guys put the floors in for my family's house with such meticulous care and attention to that the floors are now the first thing guests compliment when they come to our house. Great professionalism. It's no wonder they are awesome.
