In providing the flooring for our home, they displayed an excellent quality of service. During our interactions they maintained a very professional and open level of communication. Not only was there a high level of service, but the prices were also better than other established stores we checked out. Any issues in regards to installation their quickly and without question had things fixed. Looking back over the Factory Direct Floor is compulsory; I would recommend Factory Direct Floor in a heartbeat.

They were wonderful and great to work with. We highly recommend them. We had a laminated floor put in and they did a great job. I have to admit that my family room was one of the easier one, but they took their time and it was perfect when completed. Factory Direct Floors was definitely worth every penny that we spent. The quality of the work was superb.

I was very skeptical about my flooring. Not being able to actually see the quality of service that I needed over 1500 sq ft of was scary, but right from the start I was in contact with these guys who made the process stress free. I absolutely love my floor and would recommend Factory Direct Floor to anyone looking for great quality flooring and saving money.

We had Factory Direct Floor install our hardwood floors in February 2011. They installed flooring of approximately 1200 sq. They also stained an existing set of stairs to match the new hardwood floors. Throughout the week long installation process everyone involved was dependable, professional and courteous.
