Factory Direct Floor did a great job installing the hardwood floor in our kitchen and family room!!! We were a little reluctant to put hardwood in the kitchen, however, after discussing with them, and moving forward with the installation in both rooms, we could not be happier with the outcome!! In that we use the kitchen and family room as our "living space", the flow of the hardwood between the two rooms, provides certain warmth and continuity to that space.
