I am a real estate broker and needed an older home's hardwood floors refinished quickly for the open house that was only one week away. The floors were in very poor shape. Factory Direct Floor were able to remove and discard all the old carpeting and refinish the hardwood floors within the time frame I requested and they looked great. I would highly recommend this flooring. The Factory Direct Floor is beautiful and has had many compliments.They were very polite and helpful. I have already recommended them to the people who see it and ask about it.
Had my in-law unit floors replaced from carpets to hard wood floors. Spoke to Factory Direct Floor over the phone around 9am, came and quoted me a price I just couldn't refuse by 12pm. Workers were on-time and very efficient. Even helped me moved my big heavy couch outside too. What more could I say that others haven't already. They did a clean, fast and of wonderful job. They sure know how to lay down their woods!!
