We recently bought a house and Factory Direct Floor helped us with the floor. I wish I could post before and after, it really looks amazing. They are warm and friendly, educated us on the types of things needed to be done and went through our options. The price was also reasonable, we had about people giving us estimates and we are really happy with Factory Direct Floor.

Factory Direct Floor finished our floors. I can not believe how different our home looks and can not tell you enough how great a job this company did short of just opening my front door to the public to see. I am not going to stay in this house forever but when we move we are going to have Factory Direct Floor do all our floors from day one. Great job I love your work.

I had hardwood flooring installed on the top and main levels of my house. The crew were all personable and worked very efficiently as a team. They took care to ensure my comfort while I needed to stay at the house overnights during the install. Part of my project included moving furniture, the crew somehow remembered where each item went and even centered things exactly as I had them after the floor was installed. They also made me aware of a neighbor for whom they had worked which was a great reference.
