This so called gentleman was in B&Q in Leicester today, unfortunately he was wearing his work t shirt and is identifiable from his website. Ezra shouted, swore and threatened staff who refused to serve him. He was aggressive and ultimately the lady on the checkout began crying. He then returned to take photos. I'm sure he might be a great hairdresser, but his actions were dreadful.
