Avoid Eye Care Express like the Plague. If they tell you 7-10 days, it will take 5 weeks and they will not refund any portion of your payment. The manager will NOT return any phone calls, even if they say they will. They will tell you the glasses are in, when they are not, having you drive in for nothing. My wife and I (and everyone else) heard an employee and the same manager screaming and yelling at each other for 10 full minutes in the back room on that wasted trip in. RecommendedThe staff is incredibly friendly, and got me in and out so so fast! I was so impressed with everything about my visit. Marybeth and Annie are absolutely delightful! Anybody who needs glasses quick, head here and you'll have a great experience!
