Horrible horrible customer service! Was initially told 7-10 business days to receive glasses. Called the next week & was told it's a 10-14 business day wait. 5 different assistant managers yet no one passed any information on to anyone else. No one wants to take responsibility for anything yet they don't want to talk to you either! They have an F rating on the BBB website which is fitting.
Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. Helped me to get in and out so I wouldn't have to wait longer than I needed to.
