we had a terrible experience! I called & scheduled an apt, asked if we got the free glasses exam & bought glasses if we would get the prescription so we could order contacts online & was told yes. also asked about the 2 for $69 glasses, they said they were still doing it. a couple hours before pur apt they called & said they overbooked & we had to go to the Illinois rd location which is 25 minutes away. we get there, get the exam, look at glasses & the only 2 for $69 glasses available are for kids.... so they say they're doi... read more
terrible customer service. 24 days and I still don't have my glasses that were promised in 7-10 days. Spoke to a manager, Amber, who didn't seem particularly interested in helping solve the issue. I cannot recommend them.
RecommendedMy husband and I both were there in Jan, for eye exam and bought new glasses. I dropped my sunglasses the frame broke at seam. Aug 14th I called store to see what my options were to replace frames, first gal I spoke with was no help what so ever. She put me on hold and Sarah picked up was very informative, told me bring glasses in she'd see what could do. Worst place ever! Made my husband's glasses wrong without the transitions that we paid for. We had to tell them they were wrong, they didn't even check the glasses before giving them to us. Then we had to keep calling back over a week's time getting the run around to get them made right. Everytime we called they acted like they didn't know what was going on. I can not believe this. Anyone who has glasses KNOWS it is very stressful when you don’t have your glasses or when they get messed up. I have worked in optics myself so I know a little more then normal about glasses etc. This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had. I came here because I needed glasses ASAP due to losing mine. I paid $200 for my glasses which took 18 days to come in. I was told 2 to 3 days to get my glasses, 3 days go by and I call. I was told that the eyeglass machine broke down (seems to be the common fake excuse that everyone gets) and that they would be done in a couple days. I call in a couple days to see if they are done and they still aren't done, called again and was told the middle of the following week. it has been 3 weeks since I placed my order.
