Worst place ever! Made my husband's glasses wrong without the transitions that we paid for. We had to tell them they were wrong, they didn't even check the glasses before giving them to us. Then we had to keep calling back over a week's time getting the run around to get them made right. Everytime we called they acted like they didn't know what was going on. I can not believe this. Anyone who has glasses KNOWS it is very stressful when you don’t have your glasses or when they get messed up. I have worked in optics myself so I know a little more then normal about glasses etc. This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had. I came here because I needed glasses ASAP due to losing mine. I paid $200 for my glasses which took 18 days to come in. They can give me my glasses I had made in January that had chipped lenses that they had to send back. Nice to know there's no refunds AFTER you buy them. Never again will I ever go there. It's now April 6 and guess what? Still. No glasses. I'm going to make sure BBB gets a load of this. You went and pissed off the wrong person. Good news travels fast but bad news even faster.

The customer service was great but it's been 13 days and still no glasses. I paid for everything up front so what is the hold up?
I will never go back here. After all was said and done their advertised free exam was actually not free and they tried to bill be $600 for my visit. So I walked out with a pointless exam and no contacts or glasses.
