I stopped in today just to get a pair of glasses. I left with two pair of designer glasses and only paid for ONE! I worked with Nick and the experience was beyond pleasant. He was attentive and professional, yet relatable. Highly recommend.

they are are fast , polite and give good recomendations
when i finally got my glasses they were the wrong prescription. i was promised another pair to be ready that same day while i waited on the pair that was made wrong. A week later i still had not heard from them about either pair when i called they were rude when i requested my money back i was told to come get it when i got there i was told there was no refunds after arguing i finally was refunded my money. i will never go back or recommend this place!! poor customer service

The review I just left for EyeCare Express on Coliseum: (appointment was Tuesday) I had no idea what I was doing there. Every single person that I talked to, I told them it was my first time ever to see an eye doctor, hoping that they would take things slow and explain what was happening along the way. Haven’t received my glasses in 3 months, probably gave me the wrong tracking information. I’ve filed a claim to find my missing mail, let’s see how far this takes me. I’ve called them several times following the order and I’m away at college so this added a nuisance to my hectic schedule. Honestly, calling them really doesn’t get anywhere. No!! I bought a pair of glasses 2 months that cost me over $300!! Arm piece hinge was defective and arm piece fell off. When I called them they told me to come in and they would take care of them. When I got there, after waiting for a while, they tried to sell me another pair of frames 1/2 off. I told them I wouldn't be back and neither would my family. I had the pair only 2 months, why should I have to pay again, when the first pair was defective to begin with.
