been waiting 2 weeks for my glasses after b eing told it would be 2 days. just a bunch of excuses, no eta when they will be ready.

Lies about when glasses will be ready. Constant excuses. Paid for 4 pair of glasses. First was supposed to be delivered within one week and the second a week later. Got first pair. Had to call ourselves because we never received a call from them. Then second pair repeatedly delayed. All excuses. I do not recommend them at all!

it took over a month to get my second pair of Tinted Glasses, due to negligence on this companies part!! I never got a call that my glasses were ready,& every time I called to check on them I was given some worthless excuse! I was never offered an apology, nothing,this is the worse experience I have had getting glasses!! I do not recommend this place & will not return!!!They state there is " no refund policy"!! you should definitely think twice before going here!!

I don't recommend them because they have no quality control and can't seem to make your glasses correctly. After 3 sets of lenses in one pair of glasses they are still not right. Waiting to see if they can get it right on try number 4. ALWAYS make sure you get the anti reflective coating you pay for. They like to forget that ALOT.

I ordered contacts over a week ago and when I called to see if they were in, the receptionist Mary Beth was very rude to me and said I should have ordered them sooner if I needed them so bad....ummmm... I just called to see if they were in and maybe you just forgot to call me. Definitely will NOT be going back!

Not at all satisfied went yesterday to pick up wasn’t even close to being correct said they would fix went back today for second pair they also were wrong along with first pair were wrong also they said they will try again and they also told me no refunds the two pair did not work for me they were $400 dollars out of pocket I guess I will be going back for a fix until they get them right or until I get satisfaction

Whatever you do avoid this place !! Worst customer service and rude employees . They 100% guaranteed that we were getting our glasses in 5-7 days . After those 7 days I called them and they say it would take a few more days which is understandable due to Covid. Three weeks later I finally got them ( the reason I waited this long was because they kept refusing to refund me ) . After waiting for them to mail them out to me I finally got them. Only to notice they gave me a jacked up pair of frames from the demo area. looked like they were all stretched out and one arm stuck up in the area. lenses had an annoying shininess on both sides of lenses. Couldn't use due to these reasons. I have a pair of dollar tree readers that are constructed better! Out 423.00 Save your money on this place!!
