Always extremely pleased with their service! Most recently I had an amazing experience with the service department they make sure to accomodate you and never have they let me drive out before confirming everything works topnotch. You guys rock! Had a great experience coming to Executive Kia of Wallingford. The sales person Israel Marquez, thank you for taking the time with me and being patient with all my questions. Excellent customer service in all departments! I purchased my third car (two Saturns before it was a Kia dealer) and it's always great seeing friendly faces. Sales was on point and got me in the car the same day I asked. The business manager flew through the paper work. And what can I say about the service team! I've had both my Saturns serviced here and will continue to return with my new Kia. Great team, great place to purchase a car and have it serviced.
