They lied to me and my attorney. They attempted to hide evidence pertaining to how many times my vehicle has been in for the doors opening by themselves. My hubby bought me a 2016 Kia Soul about a week ago. I’m in love with my car. The customer service was great. I’ve never been to a dealer where I feel stress free. It was pleasant to work with James Barnett lll our sales consultant. He was very honest and great to deal with. I didn’t think I would drive the car same day but I did. Executive Kia gets 10 purple hearts.

Executive Kia really looked out for my family yesterday. Due to an engine recall problem, our car died on the side of the road with my infant in the backseat. They picked us up and had a loaner waiting for us within record time. They were incredibly helpful and helped make a really stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. Heather and Tucker were very nice, understanding, supportive and kept the lines of communication open throughout my entire experience with my 2012 KIA Sorento recall.
