I bought my 2015 Kia Optima in for a recall and a traction control light issue the service department and mechanics are definitely Top Notch they were able to get it diagnosed and repaired super fast.
Mike Crespo was awesome. Within 24 hours my husband and I were driving away in 1 lease and 1 certified pre-owned. They were fair with our trades. Finance was smooth and we love our cars. We will be going to the Executive group going forward. A bad experience with Shaker's Kia drove us to Executive and I am just bummed we didn't go there first! On a geeky car note, carplay is fun and all the options that come with the 2018 and 2019 Kia's are AWESOME!!! Could not be happier with our cars and the dealership!
