I’m sitting here in my home waiting for someone from Essig to correct the problem with my $15,000 newly installed heating unit. I was given a time of between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM today and no one showed. No one called. I am highly disappointed with the service from your company. I will be sure to share my feelings with my friends and family.

Had Joe W in for my fall check-up. He changed my oil nozzle to a lower rate at my request. Cleaned unit and set combustion up for proper efficiency and answered all questions I had. Good man!
Before switching to Essig we had a plumbing firm from Lancaster that went bankrupt. Switching to Essig was a great experience. We had a service call for our water treatment system and Phil did a great job for us. Very knowledgeable and just a nice person to talk with. He explained the water treatment process and was able to make a few adjustments and all seems well...Would definately recommend Phil and Essig to all...

Bryan was courteous and didn’t mess around. He also took the time to show me how to adjust our thermostat.
Justin, my technician, was very professional and helpful in explaining the services I needed to remedy my AC unit problems. I am very pleased with my service and I will continue to use Essig for all my heating and AC needs in the future.
I have had Essig take care of multiple issues with my house. (I have an older home that was not serviced well in the past.) They have always done a fantastic job, on time and professional.
