I’m sitting here in my home waiting for someone from Essig to correct the problem with my $15,000 newly installed heating unit. I was given a time of between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM today and no one showed. No one called. I am highly disappointed with the service from your company. I will be sure to share my feelings with my friends and family.

We had a service call for our water treatment system and Phil did a great job for us. Very knowledgeable and just a nice person to talk with. He explained the water treatment process and was able to make a few adjustments and all seems well...Would definately recommend Phil and Essig to all...
