Essig installed a sump pump in our basement supposedly with a check valve, which was non-existent, and the pump was cheap and could not handle the water. When we called them they would not return our calls and actually stopped even answering them. Purchased a pump on our own from Home Depot and installed it for 1/3 the cost and it works perfectly-no thanks for your concern, Essig!
In the middle of an August heat wave our central air unit just died. It was about (21) years old. We called Essig to come and evaluate the unit and we both determined it was time to upgrade. Essig did give us an option and a price to repair the old unit but that was not the path we chose. Essig was nice to provide us with temp window Ac units until our new unit was ready for installation . We were very grateful because it was hot and humid. Technician appeared to want to keep me away while he worked, ended up with a bigger problem than I had originally because he wanted to just "check everything out while he was here". Now I have no hot water and the whole system is down.
Their people are respectul and competent and Essig can be trusted to care for plumbing needs.
Brett and Joe were the technician that installed my new air conditioning and heating system. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way that I can understand. They did a very good job with cleanup and explain to me how the system works. I felt I was sent excellent technicians for this job. Thank you Brett and Joe.
