I was very pleased in working with the representatives from Essig. My AC failed and I was scheduled to meet with Vince Essig. He gave me several options as to what was needed. Within a few days, my system was installed by Brian and Justin who were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. This was my first experience dealing with this company and I give them 5 stars!

Jesse came out and fixed our problem.. I called and was given a long wait time, after contacting someone else, i looked out the window and there they were.. Made a monday much better.. Customer service skills lacked over the phone but Jesse made up for it..
