I am very happy about the quick and professional service that I experiences using Essig Plumbing & Heating. My ductless system was installed by them and when I have had any concerns they have always been out the same day that I call.

Joe came today to check our furnace for a fan noise and was very thorough and professional, he explained everything and double-checked to be sure. While he was here, he also did the pre-season air conditioning check saving me the need to make another appointment and time commitment. He was polite and explained everything thoroughly, was very pleased with the service.
WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WHEN DEALING WE ESSIG. THERE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JUSTIN DELONG WAS EFFICENT AND VERY POLITE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE DID,AND MADE SURE ALL OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.
I have no complaints about the associate who did the work he was very professional. I do have a strong complaint about the price . We were quoted a price of 750. After removing the toilet there was a problem a Ind we were charged another 200 which I think was very excessive. We are on a fixed income and the extra 200 was not expected.i can see paying for the part but I think we were overcharged after checking around. Because of this I dont think I would use your service again
