I've been a customer of Essig's for many years.In fact, my parents used Essig for their entire married lives. Never disappointed. I've had the plaeasure of meeting several of the service techs. Jeremy arrived at our home to find the source of a "mystery" leak. The little leak was a result of our house's old plumbing and turned into a major redo. Jeremy with the help of Brad corrected the problem. The reworking of the pipes was done with neatness and efficiency. The men were courteous and respectful. Should the need for a plumber happen again, I will call Essig and gladly welcome these gentlemen into our home.

I have been using Essig for approximately 25 years and have received exceptional service from day one. They are responsive, professional and stand by their work. Today my service provider was Mike W. He arrived on time and was both professional and personable. He serviced the heating and air conditioning systems. His work was thorough and through this, saved me $ in potential future repairs. Alfie arrived at our home on time and was absolutely professional and competent and friendly. Our one shower had been out of commission for two weeks (NOT good in this heatwave!!) and he had it up and running in a hurry. Ditto our clogged non draining kitchen sink/garbage disposal. I'm hopeful that we do not need a plumber any time soon, but if we do, I'll definitely call Essig again, and request Alfie!
