My wife and I are very pleased with the new water softener and filters that Alfie installed at our home. He is ALWAYS so polite, efficient, and right on time. Today Mike W. Came to my home an AC Tune up which was covered as part of my plumbin contract. He was thorough and mannerly. Mike answered all of my questions and was an efficient Servic Pro.
I chose Essig for my new HVAC install and was extremely pleased. From the initial service call, to the quote, to the follow up, then actual install.......the service along the way was top notch! The company gets the customer experience! Each individual was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. They were quick to respond and very neat in my home. Today we had a leak in a water line and Essig Inc was very prompt in sending out Phil Smith. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and stopped the water flowing!! Would like to have him again if the need arises! I can always depend on Essig.
My central air quit working today, Saturday. Called Essig's at 7:30 am and Justin D was here by 10:45! Great service. Justin was professional, courteous and quick! Had the part replaced in no time, air back on and working. Highly recommend Essig Plumbing & Heating.
