Had a new heating and air conditioner installed . The crew that installed did an excellent job , and everyone of the guys had great personalities. They had to return to set air conditioning as it was so cold in January when installed. Today Ed L. Came to install Gas and adjust . Again another great employee.
Mike W. was very personable and efficient, was able to answer all my questions. A good experience overall!
We found our technician very helpful. He answered our questions and explained what he was going to do very thoroughly. Alfie represents your business very well. We will request his services in the future. We chose the route to go as far as the replacement of a well tank and added a water softener unit. I must admit, I was a little surprised at the final cost, but hopefully it will be a system that will last a long time and we won't have any more problems.
Our gas furnace failed and Brian Y. and Weston K. installed a new one. Both did a great job except for the fact that a few days later, I went into the basement to smell a small gas leak. This was on a Sunday. So, I called Essig's and had to convince the person who answered that I know what natural gas smells like and its not the new furnace smell. Mike W. is a very good tech. On time ,courteous, explained and showed what needed to be done. We would choose to have him again. As for the scheduling I wasn't as happy. I thought when making a appointment that was your time slot. If it is to be changed by the company you should be notified in advance. A call the night before to verify should be policy.
Aaron M. came to my home to perform our annual Plumbing System Check-up.He was punctual, professional and thorough. Actually performed at least one function that should have been but never was done by anyone in previous check-ups: he completely flushed the water heater and checked for sediments, etc. Made suggestions for attention to certain system areas and clearly and completely explained each one. Good job, Aaron.
