Mike was very helpful. I would definitely request him again.
Mike W is the best! We had no a/c & called the office asking if Mike could come out only to be told he couldn't get out to us til Monday and this was on a Thursday. Low and behold, a few minutes later...........the office called and said Mike was in the area and he could stop by that afternoon. Problem solved......new condensate pump required and we were back in the a/c business of cool air! Mike is so professional & we rely on him to give us a straight & honest answer every time.
They cancelled my service appointment right before a heat wave. Now I have to scrabble to find someone else to service and add coolant.
We had our annual air conditioning check with Mike W. We have been with Essig for years and we have been very satisifed. I always request Mike W. very informative and friendly like dealing with one individual who I feel comfortable with.
Mike was very professional, clearly discussed problems and potential problems and provided enough information to make a decision regarding repairs.
Mike W was very helpful and offered great suggestions. I would recommend Essig to anyone. They were great and the new furnace was installed very fast.

On this particular occasion, Joe came to clean our furnace. He was thorough, friendly, and explained exactly what was done to make our furnace fun more effectively.
