Oil burner would not fire, Mike replaced the faulty ignition transformer, fired it up several times to make sure it was running properly, cleaned up after service, great job! Have hot water again, yeah!

Darrin E. arrived at the agreed upon time and made the necessary repairs. He took the time to explain to my husband exactly how he corrected the problem as it was in an inconvenient to reach spot.. We really appreciated that extra mile! He also shared some information regarding future maintenance. As usual, we were pleased with Essig!
We had no hot water and there was rusty water on the floor on Joel' arrival at 10:30 on the first business day after we noticed the problem. we had a factual exchange about the problem the solutions and the costs of each after which we decided to go with the most expensive opton of the tankless waterheater. Mike was very thorough servicing our furnace and air conditioner.
Today Darrin serviced our furnace and air conditioning unit. He was extremely thorough and explained in detail what he suggested replacing. After giving us several options he replaced failing parts and cleaned outside unit. We were very pleased with the service we received! My wife and I would definitely recommend Essig for any heating and air conditioning needs! Darrin was courteous and very professional, we will definitely ask for him to do our service in the future!
