RecommendedToday Darrin serviced our furnace and air conditioning unit. He was extremely thorough and explained in detail what he suggested replacing. After giving us several options he replaced failing parts and cleaned outside unit. We were very pleased with the service we received! We have always been very happy with the service we receive from Essig. Today, Justin K presented us with quotes for repairing our air conditioner and 5 different options for replacing the air conditioner. Justin was very thorough in explaining each option. He was very professional and patient as he answered all our questions. When it was time to make our decision we felt very confident we had made the correct choice.

Excellent service. Phil Smith did a super job. No pressure and very knowledgable. When he told me he was done, I couldn't believe how efficient he was. He is very professional. I trust the Essig people and would not hesitate to call them and recommend them to others.
I can't recall ever being less than extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Essig - both the service technicians and the office staff. The technicians show up when they are scheduled, are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks to all for providing such excellent customer service.
