Our heater stopped working this afternoon right before projected record low temperatures. We called Essig and Mike Wenger came out promptly and resolved the problem. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. Essig installed the system 3 years ago and they have always been responsive and honest in all they do. Excellent work by Mike Wenger! Thank you!
Another yearly inspection of the 17 year old heater installed when we built our home. Joe and his partner were professional and honest with the customer report out. My old Lennox is still performing satisfactory. WOO HOO. Having friendly and courteous people work in my home is a must. But above all, honesty is the key to return business. There will come a day when my heating or a/c unit calls it quits. And Essig is who I am going to call.

We woke up with no heat this past Saturday. After trying unsuccessfully to relight the pilot (about 7 times) I realized I needed professional help. I called Essig about 8:15 AM, got confirmation that someone would be there at 9AM and sure enough, at 8:55 Am Mike W was ringing our bell. He was extremely professional and courteous and went right down to the boiler. After inspection, informed us that we needed a new thermocouple, what it would cost and proceeded to replace it.
