We had our usual furnace check and cleaning today. Joe W. brought some things to our attention that we may want to consider in the future. There was no pressure for a decision to be made and each item was explained thoroughly. Really nice guy! We always have a great experience with Essig. We just converted from oil to gas heat. I had 3 other plumbers in for estimates before calling Essig Plumbing. No one else suggested how I could save money on heating my house the way he did. I'm grateful the way the hole crew got it done during a cold day even during a black out in town.
This was my first experience using Essig. Mike B.was great: prompt, professional, knowledgeable. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Darrin E. came out to do our annual heating check. He was super friendly and also great with our dog. I appreciated most that he took time to look into the uneven heat distribution in our house and made suggestions and presented some options even though it wasn't scheduled work. He has great customer service skills and seems to know what he's doing. Thanks.
We bought our first home in July and halfway through November we had our compression tank on our furnace burst on a Sunday. Justin was on call that Sunday and was extremely helpful and responsive as we figured out the possibilities. He saved us time and money by delaying things till Monday since it probably couldn't be fixed that day anyway.
