Just started using Essigs in 2013 with new water heater. After using several different companys in the area, I will never switch. They are professional and the technicians are great, especially Mike W. In the heating and cooling department.

I have been with Essigs for almost 3 years. Justin Keller came yesterday because my furnace failed. He came with Justin D. Two Justins "Just In Time". House was getting a bit cool. Justin was professional and explained everything to me that had to be done; and will need to be done. I look forward to replacing my heating unit and air conditioning unit with Essigs. My internet/phone service interfered with his job duties and delayed his stay; however, he smiled through it and contacted outside parties for assistance while simultaneously completing his intended work. We scheduled with Essig for a technician to install a wifi thermostat yesterday. They called the day before to confirm Justin K will arrive between 7:30-8:00 am. Justin rang our bell at exactly 7:30am. This was quite a job as he had to run wires, etc. since the house was built in 1920. After completing the installation, Justin assisted us with setting up the account on our laptops and the app on our phones. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Job well done!! Thank you, Justin!
Came home to a very cold house tonight and discovered my heater was not working. Mike W came all the way from Blandon to repair it and had it fixed an hour and 1/2 after my call. He also checked and serviced the rest of the unit. Thankful for the prompt and efficient service call on this very cold night.
I have been with Essig for many years. I can always count on them to show up when they say they will and to be very professional. All the technicians are very friendly and respectful. Today, we had Mike W. He has been at my house a couple of times and he is very professional. He showed me what the problem was and he fixed it. As all the techs do, he covered his shoes with shoe covers once inside my house. Also, you can count on them to clean up after themselves. Excellent company!
