RecommendedDid a great job replacing our geothermal system!
Hot water heating leaking. Tech came out on Friday between 2-3pm. Seemed in a hurry to get out of doing our job. Kept telling us to think about our options. Hello we need hot water!!!!!?????We decided to purchase our own heater were told they would be back Saturday to install...at 2:30 pm I get an email not even a phone call claiming they couldn’t do the job until Monday?? No response to my email reply, just another email telling me they are coming at 9-12 Monday. Hello some people have to work!!!!!
You've been out to my house 8 times for fluctuating water temps out of my tankless water heater. It's under warranty, time for you to admit it's bad and replace it

Our same morning service request was handled promptly by Mike Wenger. Provided excellent service and used clear communication in discussing his review finding for our combined hot water heating system. Would highly recommend Mike and Essig.
Phil was our technician in our home. We had three different jobs for him to complete.He took care of them in a timely manner.He was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
