Very professionally run organization. Customers are made aware of who will be coming to their home with photos and text messages. If schedules need to be adjusted, the customer is notified well ahead of time. All of the technicians that visited our home through installation and scheduled service have been very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very happy with Essig Plumbing and Heating.
I am very unhappy with the customer service. I got a new heater/ac unit and was supposed to have a water softener installed the same day. They told me the softener wasn’t in and would be in within the week. A month later I had to call them and ask where my softener is. I have also been asking for an itemized bill instead of a bill that is all lumped together so I know the cost of everything individually and this has been since November and I still haven’t gotten it.
